Charges
• Boarding charges are based on a DAILY rate. In this case,
a day comprises of anytime between 9am and 6pm.
• You are free to bring in and collect
your pet at your convenience during our opening hours. However, we
recommend that, particularly
with dogs, you bring your pet in by 4 pm, which will allow us to settle,
feed and exercise them before bed.
• Your pet’s kennel/cabin
will be ready from 9am on the arrival day and remain so until 6pm on
the collection day.
NB. The day you bring your pet in is charged as
one day, as is the day you collect.
Peak Times
Our peak times are:
• Christmas and New Year
• School half-terms
• Easter
•
Summer months - July – September
Deposits
•
During the Christmas and New Year period we have a minimum 11 day charge.
• During all peak periods we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total value of your pets stay and be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
• On receipt of the deposit, we will send a written confirmation
detailing all of your booking information.
• If we do not receive the deposit within this timeframe, we
will unfortunately have to cancel your booking.
NB: Please check the information on confirmation letter is correct
as it may not be possible to alter dates.
Minimum Charges
•
During the peak summer months (July through to September) and the Christmas/New
Year period, we do not accept weekend only bookings - meaning Friday,
Saturday and/or Sunday.
• If you want to book for the weekend only, we will be able
to accommodate, although there will be a minimum charge of 7 days for
a single pet and 5days for 2 or more pets sharing the same kennel/cabin.
Cancellations
•
Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is fully refundable,
provided that we receive written notification 6 full weeks prior to
the start of the booking.
