Arrival

• Please bring dogs in on a lead, to avoid disturbing other pets.

• Cats should be bought in a secure cat carrier.

Contact numbers

• Nominee - when you leave your pet we will ask for a contact number of someone who will act on your behalf should any problems arise. Obviously you will need to inform the nominated person of their role, and make sure they can contact you during your trip.

• Name and number of your vet.

Vaccination Card

• Please note we will not be able to accept your pet without a current, up-to-date card (Please see notes in ‘Your Pet’s Health’)

Personal Items

• You may wish to bring treats for your pet, such as a chew or some toys. However, please do not bring anything irreplaceable or valuable as we cannot guarantee its return.

• We supply your pet’s bed, bedding and bowls but you might want to bring a clean, small towel or something with a familiar smell, such as a t-shirt, to help your pet settle. As stated above, please nothing of value.


Please note that Glendee kennels does not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged. We do not accept plastic pet beds, bean-bags, duvets, cushions or pillows as we have limited storage space. All your pet’s bedding requirements will be supplied by us.
